- Cover your unit when it’s not in use. Covers prevent water, dirt, and debris from collecting inside the burning area, and will also prevent unnecessary wear and tear from inclement weather conditions
- Don’t use plastic materials in or around your fire pit. Melted plastic is extremely difficult to remove and will ruin the fire pit’s surface.
- Generally, you can use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to gently clean the surface and outside of the fire pit. Avoid harsh chemicals and other cleaning agents.
- We recommend applying a water-based transparent sealant coat every 1-2 years or depending on the weather conditions in your locality
- Your fire feature comes fully crated
- A tracking number will be provided via e-mail when your product has shipped out
- The carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment once your product arrives at your local terminal
- Please inspect your product upon receipt (removing any packaging if necessary), if you notice any damage, please refuse delivery from the carrier and Contact Us immediately.
